Justice is one of the most important values in life. Every society wants to live in peace and harmony. This is one of the main reasons that legal organizations are held in high regards in every society. 

Legal organizations consist of courts, juries and security organizations. Courts are again divided in two of categories, the civil courts and the criminal courts. The civil courts generally deal with corporate organizations and individuals. 

Civil courts generally handle personal disputes, property settlements, financial disputes, corporate disputes etc. The criminal courts on the other hand deal with crimes such as cheating, forgery, theft, misappropriation of funds or any form of revenue, murder, arson, robberies, physical assaults etc.

Every citizen of a country should obey the laws set by the country. Legal organizations ensure that justice is met to every individual approaching them. These organizations work on evidences and not on theories. There may be instances when these organizations pronounce historic decisions regarding a particular case. 

These legal organizations are spread across different locations. Each organization has its own jurisdiction and they are accountable for maintaining law and order in their respective jurisdictions. Employees serving these organizations can be private practitioners or federal employees.
